you can now specify a background color and a text color

you can also set user details

semicolon ( ; ) starts a comment

these are the only options available so far, if i get enough requests i'll add more

colors are hex html color codes (RRGGBB)

RoomName/UserName can be set for defaults

LineType is a number (0 to 10)

0 = Unknown
1 = 14.4K
2 = 28.8K
3 = 33.3K
4 = 56K
5 = 64K ISDN
6 = 128K ISDN
7 = Cable
8 = DSL
9 = T1
10 = T3

ClientIP can be any number between 0 and 4294967295

ClientUDPPort can be any number from 0 to 65535
