This will not run on Windows 95/98/ME!

A lightweight chat client for the Ares network.

This doesn't get a room list but it allows you to save a list of favorite rooms by IP/port, the room name, and the preferred username you wish to use for each room

Just unzip and open the rooms.txt file.

Line 1: Room name
Line 2: Your username
Line 3: IP of room
Line 4: Port of room

You can repeat this pattern to add additional rooms

To access the list, after starting the client, just use the left & right keys on your keyboard

The Style.txt file is used for controlling the look of the client. This is where you can change the colors to what you would like them to be.

Right click the tray icon to hide the window.

The tray icon will change to orange if you miss any chat, and it will change to red if you lose connection to the room.

Double click the icon to bring the window back.
